According to officials, the victims included three young family members and an elderly woman. They were named as one-year-old Amarri Morris Rodriguez, four-year-old Veyda Pereyra, 17-year-old Jaeden Nunez, and 73-year-old Josefina Extevez. The coroner confirmed that all four died as a result of the severe injuries sustained during the blaze.

Lebanon Mayor Sherry Capello addressed the public following the tragedy, noting that the fire was reported around 8:43 a.m. on the 800 block of Church Street. Fire crews rushed to the scene, where they were met with flames rapidly consuming both the first and second floors of the residence. Despite the quick response, the intensity of the fire made rescue efforts extremely difficult.

Authorities reported that 10 people were inside the home at the time of the fire, gathered together for a birthday celebration. Firefighters managed to rescue three people initially, while two additional individuals were later recovered from the residence. Sadly, four others did not survive.

On Monday evening, a prayer vigil was held at Love on the Streets church in Lebanon City. The service brought together grieving relatives, friends, neighbors, and community leaders.
