Details of the Crash

According to authorities, the accident took place shortly after 6:00 a.m. when three vehicles were stopped in the left-hand lane of Highland Avenue. Investigators report that the third vehicle in line attempted to pass the stopped vehicles by moving into the oncoming traffic lane.
